ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

1. The giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents of Georgia and Alabama who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Employees of Right-Hand Roofing and Gutters, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or those living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win.

3. Entrants must provide truthful information. Any false or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. Entrants must own the property where the roof will be installed. If nominating another individual, that person must be the property owner.

 

ENTRY

1. To participate, visit www.right-handroofing.com and follow the instructions under the "2024 Roof Giveaway" tab. Provide your full name, complete address, telephone number, and email address, along with the nominee’s full name, address, telephone number, email, and an explanation of why they deserve a new roof.

2. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address used at the time of entry. Each person may only submit one entry, but a nominee can be nominated multiple times.

3. Automated entries are prohibited, and entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

4. The giveaway administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the promotion.

 

PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING

1. One (1) roof, valued at $10,000 before taxes and fees, will be awarded. The prize includes a 12-year warranty and is limited to roofing systems only. Specific shingle options and architectural designs are limited.

2. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be selected based on the impact of the nominee’s story.

3. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes. Taxes, gratuities, and other expenses are the winner’s responsibility.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

1. Winners will be chosen based on the number of nominations and the impact of the nominee's story.

2. A representative from Right-Hand Roofing and Gutters will contact the winner via telephone. The winner must execute any required documents, including an affidavit of eligibility, within two (2) days of notification or risk forfeiting the prize.

3. If a winner cannot be reached, or if required documents are not submitted in time, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

CONDITIONS

1. Payment of federal, state, and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.

2. By participating, the winner grants Right-Hand Roofing and Gutters permission to use their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

3. Right-Hand Roofing and Gutters reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Right-Hand Roofing and Gutters and its affiliates are not responsible for any typographical errors, technological failures, or lost or delayed entries.

2. Right-Hand Roofing and Gutters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
